Die Frau in Zahlen – Diploma Thesis

 

What is the current state of affairs for the women in Germany? This question was at the core of my dissertation. Who better to answer this than the Federal Statistical Office with its raw data?

Aside from an engagement with both statistics and the ability to manipulate the reader through bottom line figures, I challenged the traditional image of women through pie charts made out of pie, bar charts on bookshelves and crocheted area charts.
